From the receipt of
material, during processing, and through shipment, our rigid
standards of packaging and handling assure that all material
is protected from scratches, nicks, and other potential
handling damage.
All bar length material is
handled with nylon slings throughout the production process. Finished material must be
packaged according to the specific needs of our customers. We have several methods of

regular LTL carriers, or full load flatbeds and containers,

timely manner. We can ship direct to your customer or
vendor if needed in order to save time or freight costs.

High Speed
Production Straightening |
|
In
addition to precision straightening, we also have several
high speed straighteners that we utilize in our production
processes. Often a customer may require bar stock with a
straightness tolerance that the mills cannot or will not
provide. This is where we can help you out. We can
straighten your bar stock to better than mill standard
straightness specs, while keeping costs down. Our
production straighteners can handle bar stock in sizes
ranging from 1/8” through 5” diameter. Large or small
quantities are no problem.
Even if you do not need your bar stock ground, we can
straighten it for you so that you can produce a higher
quality product. |
